Who's in charge of customer support for my Store?

No need to worry about that, our in-house support team, along with our Print on Demand provider (Printful), will take of customer support for you.

Can I create products using my own designs?

Yes, you can create products using generated merch from our AI Merch Maker, but you may also upload your own designs, including uploading designs and mockups from our online tools.

Can I create ads for my store?

Yes, you can set up your Google Ads and Facebook (Meta) Ads entering the necessary information on your Store Configuration page. The Ad campaign itself should be set up on your preferred platform.

Can I use my own custom domain on my store?

Of course! You can link your Vexels Store to your previously purchased domain on the Stores Configuration section of our platform.

Do I have to pay extra to publish products or create a Store?

No! Your store set up and product listings are all included with your Vexels Subscription.

How do I collect profit from my Sales?

Once you've made sales on your store you'll be able to view your available funds on the Sales section. Keep in mind, funds will become available after the refund period has passed for each Sale.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription. Keep in mind, this will result in your Store being closed and won't be accessible for your customers.
